I’m a sucker for any story where the Doctor talks about his past on Gallifrey. This one has the added bonus of showcasing some of Tegan’s better qualities, and why she was a good companion for Five. Sitting in the remnants of a civilization, which reminds the Doctor of home, is a great foreshadowing of the eventual fate of Gallifrey.
