This FAQ explains how to add links. The subject line should be a blank form field above the text entry area; please enter text reading as follows:

Rec: storyTitle

(where storyTitle is the title of the story)

Also, I know this is picky, but if you could add a couple extra hard returns at the end of the LN29 and Queen of the Castle recs, that would be great -- something about them is getting screwed up in the RSS feed, and I think the carriage returns might help.
