This is one of my favorite kinds of fanfic-where characters who never meet in canon encounter each other. It tickles a different sort of fancy, I suppose. The Ponds are not normally my cup of tea, but your summary makes it seem interesting enough that I'm willing to forgo that point and read on anyone. Thanks for the recc!
