Recced because: It's a lovely (and all too brief) pondering of the true reason why Twelve doesn't do hugging. As the shortest of my recs here, this story is also excellent proof of exactly how emotionally effective a scant handful of words can be. There are no more words here than are absolutely necessary to stir up a heart(s)-wrenching, beautifully angsty picture.
