Recced because: In keeping with the other amusing recs this Friday, it's hilarious! Absolutely, positively hilarious. And somewhere in the midst of all this hilarity, there are some excellent little insights about our heroes.



“We’re the DoctorDonna...Nah, can’t say that, it sounds silly.”

“Very silly,” Donna agreed, and the two of them about turned back into the TARDIS and dematerialised.

The villagers who witnessed this little display ended up forming a religion around it. As organised religions went it was one of the better ones, devoted to being silly and getting distracted and wandering off in the middle of conversations.

ahahahaha! Beat me to it! I had seen it and thought 'oooo! I like that one!'. But no worries, I recced Doctor Donna yesterday, so it would kinda kill my 'a wee bit of everything' thing I'm going for this week. Great story though!

Oh my, yes! I read it last night (hadn't known it was rec'd here) and promptly favorited it, and the writer. It's the kind of story I think of as strong, nutritious fic - fluff with fibre, maybe? It was excellent in every way!
