help_haiti - but even if it weren't, I'd be reccing it anyway, because it was so far beyond anything I ever hoped for when I gave her the prompt. A Chameleon Arch'd Nine isn't something many writers in the fandom have taken on, because, I think, it's difficult to think about: a Nine without the TARDIS, without his Time Lordliness, would be . . . a mess. yamx chooses to focus less on why Nine is hiding and more on how it affects him and his traveling companions, and just as in Human Nature/Family of Blood, that proves to be far more compelling.
