Recced because: It's a sad fact a lot of the best Torchwood authors are nowhere to be found on the Teaspoon, so hurray foraeshna_uk. Touching Blue is a great snapshot of Jack and historical Torchwood. It's one beautifully simple moment, and unbound in its joyousness. I really feel for Jack here as we're forced to remember just how out of time he is, but in this moment we see him claiming back one small part of everything he's lost, and it's glorious.
