Warnings: One suspects the plot is purposely confusing
Recced because: This is an odd little story about an odd little man, with plot that doesn't immediately make sense when you first read it or indeed when you reread it, but I'm fond of it anyway because it does a very good job of encapsulating the basic essence of the Seventh Doctor: who the man is, if not necessarily why he does what he does.
