Recced because: I've changed my mind about this rec so many times because tromana has written so many wonderful fics. The main reason I chose this one is because tromana tries to explain why Mel is so perky. I love reading childhood fics (thats a hint by the way, tromana!) when the author really understands the character and tries to figure out their past. tromana knows and understands Mel incredably well which really shines through in this fic.

Recced because: This fic is ridicliously funny! Benny is bored and uses the Doctor's present to entertain herself. Wolsey does not appriciate this. If you want a good laugh, this is the fic for you!

Recced because: I'm a sucker for well written fluff. I'm also a sucker for well written Peri. Put the two together and you've won me over already! Six/Peri fluff is very rare because Six doesn't lend himself well to fluff however, Dance With Me is completely believable. Finmagik has got the characterisations of Six, Ten and Peri spot on, showing that Six does have a softer side, even if he rarely shows it.

Story: Christmas in George Square

Recced because: Since there is at least 12 inches of snow outside, I thought this would be quite appropriate. There are very few Peri/Erimem fics out there, and this is one of the best. It is a wonderful fluffy story where Peri introduces Erimem to certain Christmas traditions. Its a well written, femslash story which makes casual references to the audio series. The characterisation of Peri and Erimem is spot on. It leaves you feeling warm and fuzzy inside!
