Recced because: A touching, sensual exploration of one of my favourite one-off characters in the Who canon. Ten is gloriously, awfully him, in all his brashness. Ileana has that desperate insecurity and strength shown in the audio. Truely wonderful.

Recced because: The unfinished story of Blink is Kathy's marriage, and her simultaneously uplifting and depressing fate is explored in this fic. Added to this is a nice character student of the fifth Doctor, Tegan and Turlough. A lovely, bitter sweet snapshot.. And the ending is fantastic.

Recced because: I've posted some rather series stories and I want to end it with some fun crack!fic.

The fic is (as the titles says) twentish lies that the Doctor told Rose, each of which is hilarious and will brighten up your day. It is difficult to pick a favourite but I love number ten: 10. By an unusual quirk of time travel, I am both of my own parents.

Recced because: The TARDIS is really not represented enough in fics. She is such a wonderful character who is woefully mistreated by the Doctor but often overlooked. This fic shows the TARDIS as a rather irritated machine after the Doctor thinks it's OK to snap his fingers at her.

It is funny and very sweet. Please review the story if you read it.

Recced because: If you leave aside the slightly tricky continuity aspect of Nine!Rose meeting the tenth Doctor this fic is perfection. The characterisation of the many characters is excellent and Rose is done especially well. There is a great twist at the end the pace is really quick so (unlike a lot of longer fics) it never drags.

 

I fell in love with this fic and I hope you will to.

Recced because: It is really, really cute. The idea that the Doctor would audition for a companion is not entirely original but the author carries it off so well you don't care. Ten is wriiten very well and is at his most adorable. It is very funny and all the OCs are written very well.
