It was written for whoniverse1000, which you should really check out if you haven't already because it's a great project (set up and run by the lovely author I'm reccing here) that's producing some fabulous fic for all sorts of pairings.

Recced because: This seems to be the week of femmeslash recs, which is always a good thing! This is a fascinating idea that has been put together brilliantly, and the language is absolutely beautiful, dreamy and haunting. It's a wonderful look at Rose and what she might have gone through during her dimension-jumping, and it has fantastic Jo voice. The last line in particular is just completely perfect.

As a matter of fact, I think the first time I read it I bounced around my flat for an evening squeaking about the cute that is Martha/Romana, having fabulous adventures and being cooler than the Doctor. ;) I'm flicking through it again, trying to come up with more coherent reasons to read it but it's Martha and Romana, having adventures in time and space, it's really really lovely. :D

Recced because: A really gorgeous version of what happened between Sarah Jane and Harry after she left the TARDIS. My very favourite thing about this is that it has a brilliant twist part way through that just makes the whole piece and feels very real. There's lovely Harry characterization particularly, and Sarah Jane's is great too, and the ending is completely wonderful.
