Hey, hi! I'm neveralarch, and I'm going to be your reccer this week. It's going to be mostly fic based on the Big Finish audio series, but there will probably be some other areas of the fandom represented as well. Recced because: I read this fic before I listened to the Gallifrey audio series and before I watched almost any of Four, back when I only had a vague idea of who Romana or Leela were. This fic serves as a lovely introduction to both of their characters, and Leela in particular. Leela's struggle to live in and to change Gallifreyan society is depicted without shying away from the difficulties. But Leela doesn't lose hope, even at the bittersweet end.
