First of all, apologies are in order. I was planning to be able to rec MORE the last couple of weeks, but Life has not worked out as anticipated. :D That being said, I do still have a few more days as your official reccer here, so despite time and tide, I will do my best to make sure I get a few more goodies out to you all before it is all over! Recced because: I loved Torchwood. And though this is a 'short but sweet' fiction, it captures the events, emotions and thoughts of the characters very, very well - putting you in the moment of this scene.
