Author's Summary: He had asked her how long she was going to stay with him and she had replied with Forever. And she did, but how does he find her in the sea of visions of all there is, all there was, and all there ever will be? What if the words Bad Wolf came back to haunt both Rose & the Doctor? What if regeneration wasn't the only thing caused by Rose sucking in the Time Vortex? How does she cope, waiting for his return? Why is she calling out for him, bringing him closer and closer, and why can't the past let go? A story about being left behind, & about finding oneself.
Character's/Pairings: Rose/The Doctor (9 and 10), Jack Harkness, Martha Jones, Pete Tyler, Jackie Tyler, Mickey Smith
Warnings: Sex and violence. Oh and it's really very long. So get comfy.
Recced because: I truly believe that if you are going to read ANY New Who story, it should be this one. I'm not kidding. You NEED to read this. It's an epic, sprawling, brilliant thing that completely takes on a life of its own and succeeds in sucking you into the lives of these characters. Chicketieboo has succeeded in making the Who universe her own and making the characters her own. There is real emotion underlying every action and spoken word and relationship. I LOVED the interactions especially between Ten and Martha as well as the Doctor and Rose. Let me just say that Martha is a different woman in this. A VERY different woman. This was written, I believe, before the third series started so quite a few things have changed as well. Heartbreaking as much as it is hopeful.
