Recced because: I was trying not to rec this recent little gem – I had a full list of recs already! It came about due to something I said! – but then realised that of course that was foolish and that I needed to share this delightful, funny fic (that is clearly and obviously a missing scene from The Day of the Doctor that merely had to be deleted due to the constraints of time and reality). Anyway, as it happens, what I said was that the special was lacking in penguins. This is no longer the case, and isn’t it marvellous?
