Recced because: Since I promised to rec Romana fic I thought I'd actually better get on that then. I almost didn't rec this one because I think it's quite well known but then I thought there might be some poor souls out there who didn't know about it and I felt so bad for them I thought I better rec it anyway. There isn't, as far as I know, any canon logic behind Martha/Romana but it is a terribly fun pairing and you get to see some very fun dialogue between them, which this fic delivers in spades. This fic basically just entails a few glimpses into what Martha and Romana running around time and space together would look like and it looks like a whole lot of fun. Netgirl is as funny as she always is and both characters are spot on. Plus there's a little bit of Doctor mocking in there which can be lots of good fun.
"Yeah, right," Martha said, trying not to laugh. "I can tell when someone enjoyed snogging me. Unless you're going to pretend that it was some kind of genetic transfer?"
"Who makes a genetic transfer by kissing?" Romana asked incredulously
"Yes, that's what I wanted to know."
