Recced because: Despite its brevity, this story will stick with you long after you've read it. I read it first right after Journey's End, and the parallels to Donna's ending made me get pretty disgustingly emotional. Jamie's voice is wonderful (and isn't clogged up with unnecessary accenting) and the brief story flows beautifully. I really like this story.

Accenting in stories often annoys me, and I would never have managed to get it right anyway.
Actually the lack of accenting was something I'd feared people would complain about. I'm glad to know it isn't.
