Recced because:  I love stories set during the Time War -- good people sacrificing principles and lives to save the unsavable.  This story captures it well, as Romana is driven to resurrect the Master.  Their interplay is dark and hot -- Jacobi!Master doesn't get nearly enough play.  This leaves me wanting more, but also a bit fearful of seeing what comes next.

Yeah, Jacobi!Master doesn't get anywhere near enough fic, so it's always good to see him put to such sinister, malevolent effect.
