Recced Because: The banter between the 4th Doctor and Romana comes across in a way that is very in keeping with their on-screen dynamic: witty, intelligent and just a little disturbing. When done right, seeing these two Gallifreyans interact gives the impression that they know what in their personalities is truly ridiculous and what would only seem so to non-Gallifreyans. This is what happens in this little story. It has a crack element too; the inspiration seems to be why the 4th Doctor's boots turn into shoes when he regenerates.
