Story: Passing the Time
Author: vvj5
Rating: All ages
Word Count: 624
Characters: Harry Sullivan, Sarah Jane Smith
Author's Summary: Sarah and Harry discuss cells, escape plans – and the Doctor’s scarf.
Warnings: None
Recced because: I'm a sucker for these quiet little moments where characters just talk about stuff, and I'm a huge sucker for Sarah and Harry, and they're written so adorably and so perfectly here. One wonders if Harry will ever remember to stop trying to call Sarah "old girl" after all.
“Hours and hours and hours and hours…” Sarah leaned her head back and stared at the ceiling. She gave a sigh.
“Well. Probably about two hours at the most.”
Sarah pulled a face, and then determined to look for a bright side to things. “At least we’re not chained up. I hate it when they do that. Still, I wish they’d put central heating in. Why is it we never get locked in cells with central heating?”
“Well, it is only 1403, you know.”
