Story: "Every Second Tuesday"
Author: rea_p
Rating:All ages.
Word Count: 1501
Author’s summary: "Jack investigates a semi-secret alien meeting in Cardiff, and finds something other than what he expected."
Characters/Pairings: Captain Jack Harkness
Warnings: None
Recommended because: I've always been curious about what happens to the ordinary folk/beings who end up in Cardiff via the Rift -- I mean, they can't *all* be evil things intent on destruction, domination, or criminal activity. This charming little story provides an answer, while giving Jack a chance to take a break from the less pleasant aspects of his job. And what better day to post a rec for it?
(And yes, I'll admit to having liked the idea of weird flyers posted around Cardiff enough to have borrowed it for one of my own stories -- though in a rather different context. Still, credit where it's due!)
