Recced because: I will cheerfully admit I've never seen any Highlander of any form ever but I still love this fic. It's so simple. Romana meets Methos, presumably after the Time War and it's really rather sad and lovely. They go well together. Their reactions to each other are great and her sadness over the Time War is palpable. (Sadly, I fail at planning a little and decided to pile on all my vaguely angsty recs to coincide with the finale.)

I imagine you would get even more out of it than I have if you are familiar with Highlander.

It's true. You're one of the few authors where I'll read something I don't think I like just because I might like because of who wrote it. Does that make sense?
